About the role/Responsibilities 

Ardeur Holdings is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our eCommerce Operations Team.

In this Supply Chain Manager role, you will be reporting to our talented Product Development Executives and be one of the main architects of the overall product experience for our brands.

We strive to provide all customers with the highest level of service within the industry and our operations team is on the front line.

We are looking for an individual who is ambitious, resourceful, detail-oriented, energetic, and most of all has a desire to help optimize our company's product development and logistics experience to WOW our customers. If this sounds like you – we want to meet you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing supply chain by developing new supplier relationships and maintaining existing ones

  • Manage Fulfillment Associates and oversee fulfillment and logistics across the company

  • Coordinate with customer service teams and platforms to streamline customer order information and queries.

  • Analyzing orders & fulfillment data in order to optimize the fulfillment process 

  • Working between multiple web apps to enter, pull, and assess customer information.

  • Working with our third-party logistics partners in order to process orders, fix issues, and negotiate favorable rates 

  • Coordinate with the Sourcing team for matters such as inventory planning.

  • Defining and optimizing processes to streamline product development, sourcing, and fulfillment workflows.

Requirments

  • 2+ years in previous supply chain, product development, and fulfillment role

  • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Have previous experience in product sourcing & development for consumer goods and consumer electronics products

  • Have previous fulfillment/logistics experience, in an eCommerce or similar digital-based setting.

  • Be comfortable working with computers and web-based applications.

  • Have experience handling a high-volume workflow in a professional setting.
