About the role/Responsibilities 

Our company specializes in eCommerce and digital marketing and we are looking for marketing professionals with experience in paid acquisition via PPC ads on Facebook / Instagram, Google, and other paid media channels.


In this role, you will be reporting directly to members of leadership in the company and you will be in charge of managing and supporting in paid media strategy, planning, and execution. You will also be involved in the business development and sales process. Here are some of the activities you would be expected to oversee:

  • Paid media planning & execution

  • Content planning & execution

  • Data analysis and insight generation

  • Paid media analysis and optimization

  • Client relationship management

  • Business development and sales

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Create, plan, and manage multiple PPC Campaigns and Accounts across a range of digital channels. Type of PPC campaigns: Conversion, Brand Awareness / Consideration

  • Oversee existing campaigns and make recommendations on how to optimize them and creative / advertising templates

  • Implement best practices and optimizations to consistently ensure optimal performance on all campaigns

  • Write engaging copy for ads. Write and test efficiency of paid search text ads. Proof-reading and competitive analysis

  • Manage designers and photography and videography teams to develop image and video assets for use in ads

  • Make ad decisions based on what the data trends are dictating.

  • Make data-driven and ROI oriented decisions based on business goals

  • Develop and continually expand keyword lists

  • Develop and continually expand target audiences

  • Create, test, and optimize sales funnels

  • A/B testing and optimization for landing pages and other key website pages

  • Track campaigns through targeted weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs. Identify areas for improvement

  • Produce detailed analysis and reports of campaigns. Presenting data and reports to company leadership as well as to clients


  • Bachelors degree

  • At least 2 years of experience managing paid media (Facebook / Instagram / Google) campaigns for eCommerce companies or clients

  • Experience in directly managing at least HKD10,000,000 in annual ad budget

  • At least 2 year of experience in managing and executing ad campaigns across the following digital channels: 

    • Google AdWords: Search & GDN Networks

    • Social Media: Facebook, Audience Network, Messenger / Instagram

  • Experience in a digital advertising agency specializing in eCommerce is strongly preferred

  • Experience in an eCommerce company is strongly preferred

  • PPC Certifications (e.g., AdWords, Facebook ads) is a plus
