About the role/Responsibilities 

Ardeur Holdings is looking for a Fulfillment Associate to join our eCommerce Operations Team.

In this Fulfillment Associate role, you will be reporting to our talented Supply Chain Managers and be one of the main architects of the logistics experience with our brands.

We strive to provide all customers with the highest level of service within the industry and our fulfillment team is on the front line.


We are looking for an individual who is ambitious, resourceful, detail-oriented, energetic, and most of all has a desire to help optimize our company's fulfillment experience to WOW our customers. If this sounds like you – we want to meet you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and processing incoming customer orders timely and thoughtful manner.

  • Coordinate with customer service teams and platforms to streamline customer order information and queries.

  • Analyzing orders & fulfillment data in order to optimize the fulfillment process 

  • Working between multiple web apps to enter, pull, and assess customer information.

  • Working with our third-party logistics partners in order to process orders, fix issues, and negotiate favorable rates 

  • Coordinate with the Sourcing team for matters such as inventory planning.

  • Defining and optimizing processes to streamline fulfillment workflow.


  • 1+ years in previous eCommerce fulfillment role

  • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Have previous fulfillment/logistics experience, in an eCommerce or similar digital-based setting.

  • Be comfortable working with computers and web-based applications.

  • Have experience handling a high-volume workflow in a professional setting.

Preferred Traits 

  • High attention to detail

  • Analytical thinking

  • Exceptionally quick learner

  • Experience with Shopify fulfillment

  • Experience working with third-party logistics companies

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus
